If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice.
If less than 48 hours notice is given the total appointment cost will be charged.
This policy still applies for cancellations due to illness.
If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment
and may be asked to pay a deposit for your next appointment.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
If there is insufficient time to complete the whole service, a charge for the full appointment is due.
